How much does a lead cost?
$150 for a new-pool lead; $85 for an outdoor kitchen, pergola or patio and pavers lead; $60 for a landscaping lead. No subscription and no commission on the job.
How many pros get the same lead?
4 at most. Homeowners send their project to up to 4 matched local pros, so you're never one of twenty.
What if the homeowner doesn't answer?
Homeowner didn't reply after 48 hours, or the lead is a duplicate? Request a credit back from your pro dashboard within 7 days of unlocking the lead, and we review it. Credit-backs aren't automatic.
Do I have to get verified before I receive requests?
No. Create your account, pick your services and ZIPs, and matching requests start reaching you right away. Homeowners may ask for your license and insurance, so keep them handy.
Where are you launching?
Across Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. If you're outside that area, apply anyway and we'll tell you when we open there.

No. It's an AI-generated concept of the homeowner's own yard that shows what they want. You measure, design and quote the real job.
